Sight glass is a device used between any kind of non transparent pipelines to observe the flow of liquid. This can be used both in horizontal as well as vertical pipeline. Sight glass is constructed in such a way that it gives a complete view from every angle.
It is full view type, simple and rugged in construction. It is assembled with toughened glass tube and CAF/PTFF Basket to restrict leakage. Sight Glasses gives good view from all angles. This is major advantage of sight glass.We are offering our clients with a wide variety of sight glasses that are manufactured using qualitative raw material and are integrated with metal frame, glass pipe section from toughened glass, 3.3 expansion and two pairs of PTFE bushes & washers. Due to the use of toughened glass in the sight glasses, these glasses offers high resistance to corrosion, high thermal strength and resistance to thermal shock. The metal section of our sight glasses are completely fabricated with flanges and tie rods. These flanges and tie rods eradicates the transfer of stresses and vibrations of pipeline to the glass pipe section. These are widely used in industries to view the flow of liquid through a pipe line. These are available in various types including full view type and double window type.
Double window sight flow indicators design consisit of 2Nos toughened glasses on either side of main body. Large size of windows permit easy viewing of liquid flow.
